HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your Tumisha account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:
- Open the Tumisha app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation to permanently delete your account.
Alternatively, send a deletion request from your registered email to sjkj@tumisha.com with the subject "Account deletion". We will process it within 7 business days.
WHAT IS DELETED
- Account information: email address, password hash, nickname and profile picture.
- Personal details: saved delivery addresses and phone numbers.
- Shopping data: cart, favourites, browsing history and image-search uploads.
- In-app analytics identifiers linked to your account.
WHAT IS RETAINED, AND FOR HOW LONG
- Order and payment records: kept for the period required by accounting and consumer-protection law (up to 5 years after the transaction), then deleted. These records are kept for legal and dispute-resolution purposes only.
- Parcels in transit: if you have orders or shipments still in progress, we must keep the related data until delivery, return or refund is completed. We recommend waiting until all orders are closed before deleting your account.
NOTES
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Vouchers and referral credits that have not been used will be forfeited. If you simply want to stop using the app, you can also just uninstall it without deleting your account.
